Dr. Michael Paralovos, D.C.
Dr. Michael J. Paralovos is a 2006 graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA. Prior to entering Life’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program he attended their school of arts and sciences where he completed his DC prerequisites. While at Life he received an Ice Hockey Scholarship and was a member of two American Collegiate Hockey Association national championship teams (2001 & 2002).
Dr. Paralovos is now in his 6th season as the official chiropractor to theFlorida Everblades of the East Coast Hockey League (minor league affiliate to the Carolina Hurricanes of the NHL). He also works the hockey "off season" with The Hockey Summit, the only strength and conditioning and on ice skill development training for professional hockey players in SW Florida.
Dr. Paralovos is a distinguished fellow of Chiropractic Biophysics, a TPI certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Peformance Institute, a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Hockey level 1 coach.
Dr. Paralovos is also pursuing his fellowship in functional neurology through the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies in Cape Canaveral, FL. Currently Dr. Paralovos is board eligible for his diplomate in chiropractic neurology through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
Dr. Paralovos gained proficiency in the field of chiropractic while working in two of the largest group practices on Florida's east coast prior to entering private practice here in Naples in 2012.
In his spare time Dr. Paralovos continues to play ice hockey at Hertz Arena in the recreational men's leagues, coaching his oldest son's mini-mite hockey and exercising on a daily basis.
